Terms and conditions of use
By accessing the Site, all users accept the present terms of use without reservation.
All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images (animated or not), video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that may be used to operate the Site and, more generally, all elements reproduced or used on the Site are protected by current intellectual property laws.
They are the full and complete property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is strictly forbidden.
Any use, even partial, of these elements exposes its author to legal proceedings. The fact that the publisher does not initiate proceedings as soon as it becomes aware of such unauthorized use does not constitute acceptance of said use and waiver of legal action.
2. Site management
For the proper management of the Site, the publisher may at any time suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site in order to carry out updates and/or modify or delete any element of the Site. As part of its policy of updating or optimizing the Site, the publisher may modify these general conditions of use. It is the responsibility of each user to refer to them regularly.
3. Responsibilities
The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the Site, nor in the event of any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation, preventing access to the Site or any of its functionalities.
The equipment used to connect to the Site is the sole responsibility of the user. Users must take all appropriate measures to protect their equipment and their own data, in particular against viruses or computer attacks circulating on the Internet.
Each user is responsible for the content transmitted via the contact form available on the Site.
4. Hyperlinks
The creation of a hypertext link to all or part of the Site is strictly forbidden without prior written authorization from the publisher. The publisher is free to refuse such authorization without having to justify its decision in any way whatsoever. Should the publisher grant its authorization, it is in any case only temporary and may be withdrawn at any time, without any obligation on the part of the publisher to justify its decision. In all cases, any link must be withdrawn on simple request from the publisher.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher declines all responsibility for the content of third-party sites and is not liable for any use that the user may make of them.
5. Protection of personal data
Browsing and using all or part of the Site's functionalities implies the collection and processing of personal data concerning the user. The user is invited to refer to the Data Protection Policy published on the Site in the Personal Data tab for information on the terms and conditions governing the processing of personal data by the publisher.
6. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by Swiss law. In the event of any dispute concerning their interpretation, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the publisher's registered office.
