Ethics and compliance

This commitment applies to all our employees, who play a decisive role in building trust with our stakeholders.

We have adopted a Code of Ethics, which sets out our values, and an Integrity Guide , which sets out our principles and rules of conduct, particularly in terms of personal conduct and the fight against corruption, influence peddling and anti-competitive practices. These principles must be respected by everyone, collectively and individually, in all circumstances and without exception. The company requires its partners, subcontractors and suppliers to apply similar standards, which are specifically set out in its Supplier Code of Conduct. Any violation of these rules and principles may result in sanctions.

Boccard Parcs & Jardins promotes freedom of expression and is committed to maintaining an ethical, responsible environment in line with its values. As such, we encourage all individuals, employees and non-employees alike, to report any behavior that may contravene the values or rules of conduct set out in our Code of Ethics or Integrity Guide.

Anyone who has witnessed or been the victim of reprehensible behavior in their relationship with Boccard Parcs & Jardins can report their concerns confidentially and securely via the " Integrity Line " reporting system, the terms of use of which are detailed in the Whistleblower's Charter.
